SHIPPING & RETURNS

We hope you have enjoyed your online shopping experience with SolarAccs. Please read below for more information about our shipping and return policies.

ORDER PROCESSING

For Continental U.S. Orders: Processing time can take between 1-3 business days.

For International Orders: Processing time can take between 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING

SolarAccs offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.

Please note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

CONTINENTAL U.S.

Ground: Most SolarAccs products have free ground shipping offered and can take between 3-5 business days.

All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300).

INTERNATIONAL

Depending on where you’re located, SolarAccs may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please e-mail us your address at sales@SolarAccs.com so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-7 business days for shipping.

RETURNS

At SolarAccs, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.

All returns submitted for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping.*

Returns have a 10% restocking fee.
SolarAccs will waive the restocking fee and pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees.

Please note that SolarAccs will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Mailing address

REPLACEMENTS

For any issues with your product, please contact our Technical Support team at sales@SolarAccs.com for troubleshooting assistance.

Please be prepared with a multimeter and your invoice or the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the damaged/defective product
  • Mailing address
  • Contact telephone number

If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

In the event of a replacement, SolarAccs will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part.

If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

For Third-Party Purchases

Thank you for purchasing a SolarAccs product from one of our approved third-party vendors. Returns and refunds for purchases made through these third-parties must be handled through the vendor's return policy. SolarAccs cannot assist in third-party returns and refunds. SolarAccs can only offer replacements for products still within the warranty period.
